The power of words. The right coupling of words can become timeless, to be remembered for generations. At times we can take our words, as well as others for granted. I thought I’d create an outlet that would capture the words of my close and respected friends and colleagues. Their world, their perspective, their insights, in words that shouldn’t ever be taken for granted…They are the words of tomorrow.

I’m reminded of something Obama said during the primaries when Hilary accused him of being “just words”…
His retort: “I have dream…” …just words. “We hold these true’s to be self evident…” just words…”
This blog is an excellent forum that allows those with “just” words, to have those words mean so much more!
ironically i’m at a loss of words to describe how psyched i am to see something like this. big ups
This is probably my favorite blog thus far. Not cuzz the hommies are mad cool, but rather this is the first blog that doesn’t post bullshit about gossip, fashion, or the newest song. Not to say those things are not needed, me being who I am, although here its all on the blogger. It’s on us to make this blog real and honest, with good stories, from sad tales, to glorious successes. It has all the cool people who I see all the time, frontin and stuntin. I see them with the magic on and sometimes its hard to really know who someone is. But now I get a small window to peep who they are for real. Who they are without the facade of the “games” bright lights blinding me. I mean we all have to where our hats but here its butt ball naked real shit and I respect everyone on here for being “alive”, ya know. How cool is that? Very cool!!! Peace to GFCnewyork from ya boy.
